Students in the HTS major enjoy a wide variety of opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.
Whether it's an
- internship at the Carter Center, an
- international experience in Asia, or
- undergraduate research on the influence of the media on the prescription drugs that we buy
the opportunities are almost limitless.
The school also participates in the Research Option and International Plan "degree designators," so students can "go deep" into a research experience or add significant global competence to their degree, all of which will be reflected on their diploma. HTS students have also received PURA grants to financially support their research or travel to present their findings at academic conferences.
